Application Scenes
Slipformed pavement with even surface and good compactness
Working Principle:
The truck tilted the cement concrete mixture in front of the spreader. Paver with a certain working speed forward, the working mechanism began to work, screw cloth machine will be stacked cement concrete along the left and right directions apart. Evenly distributed in front of the scraping plate, the hydraulic height of the temporary scraping plate, the cement concrete will be scraped to the required pre-paving thickness, and then after frequency conversion insert vibrating rod, the concrete will be vibrated at a certain frequency, the mixed air out of the concrete mixing, to eliminate pores.
Make the cement concrete to achieve the ideal compaction effect, and form a certain thickness of the slurry pool layer on the surface, with the progress of the paver finally complete the smooth molding.
Packing and Shipping
Two options of goods loading for sea transportation:
No need to remove large size parts such as the crawler track; whole machine shipped in the flat rack container; when transported to the construction site, it can work after mounting a small number of accessories, as shown in the Pic above.
Disassemble the crawler track of the whole machine equipment into independent small parts and put into the container respectively. When delivered to the work site, there is a lot of assembly work before it can be put into construction.
Goods loading for land transportation:
Lift the paver onto the platform trailer
Drive the paver onto the platform trailer from the side-mounted dedicated walking support frame.
