AHT4000/6000/8500/7500S concrete paver is fully hydraulically driven, centralized computer control with real-time monitoring and self-diagnostics, and an automatic leveling and traceability system.

●HIGHLY FLEXIBLE CONCRETE SLIPFORM PAVING

The concrete slipform paver can precisely pave standard concrete road pavements with width from 3.0 m - 8.5 m and thickness up to 450 mm.

●EFFICIENT ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The ECO mode setting automatically adjusts engine power to ensure fuel-efficient diesel consumption and low noise emissions. The AHT6000/8500/7500S are equipped with VOLVO TAD552VE/TAD851VE/TAD852VE engines, featuring cutting-edge, high-performance engine technology (up to 210 kW/ 290HP output power) that meets EC Stage IIIA emissions standards.

●HIGH-PRECISION STEERING AND DRIVE SYSTEM

Auto levelling and tracing systems to ensure paving flatness, straightness and smoothness at road bends. The intelligent control system and anti-skid steering system for extremely smooth operation ensures the straightness of accurate concrete paving.

●CONCRETE COMPACTION MECHANISM

The paver is equipped with a hydraulic vibrator drive, with standard 14 hydraulic connections (optional: 9 or 18). Simultaneous operations of spreading, scraping, vibrating, tamping and extruding at the same time when paving support layer and concrete road.

●RUGGED MACHINE DESIGN and DURABLE PAVING MOLD

The rugged design guarantees consistent high-output precise concrete paving under difficult site conditions. The paver can be compatible with 8.5 m (or 9 m) series of metric paving molds. The 3.0 m to 8.5 m series come standard with a wear sole and can be equipped with an optional crown profile.

Longitudinal tie bars are inserted automatically to prevent the slabs from drifting apart at the longitudinal joints.

Two Options Of Loading for Sea Transportation:

Product After-Sales Service Commitment

During the warranty period, the seller shall fully guarantee the operation of the equipment. After the concrete paver is sold, at the request of the end user, professional service engineers from domestic or overseas mobile service stations will be sent to the site free of charge for installation, commissioning and technical training for 15 days. Round-trip airfare to the job site and local transportation costs for professional service personnel will be borne by the user.
