ARAN VBG Series Stabilized Soil Vibration Mixer

The VBG series stabilized soil vibration mixer is a new type of stabilized soil mixer independently developed by using the advantages of Australia's ARAN twin-shaft continuous mixing technology, flexibly applying vibration technology, and organically combining continuous mixing and vibration technology. With this technology, the entire twin shafts of the machine are in a floating state. Under the action of the vibration source, the stirring blades drive the materials to vibrate while stirring the materials, so that the materials are fully mixed in a short time to improve the mixing effect and efficiency. This has a positive effect on preventing segregation, improving strength and durability, and avoids the disadvantages of using the traditional shaft end vibration bearing which is subject to damage and not easy to maintain. The amplitude of the machine can be adjusted the by changing the vibration force to achieve the best mixing effect.
