The ECO mode setting automatically adjusts engine power to the current performance requirements. The AHT6000/8500/7500S are equipped with VOLVO TAD552VE/TAD851VE/TAD852VE engines, featuring cutting-edge, high-performance engine technology (up to 210 kW/ 290HP output power) that meets EC Stage IIIA emissions standards.

The concrete slipform paver can precisely pave road pavements with width from 3.0 m to 8.5 m and thickness up to 450 mm.

Longitudinal tie bars are inserted automatically to prevent the slabs from drifting apart at the longitudinal joints.

5,Optional Oscillating beam inserter (Only for AHT7500S)

The eccentric -powered, heavy-duty oscillating beam with automatic lifting function when the machine stops can remove any irregularities in the concrete pavement surface.

Application of the mechanism for automatically inserting pull bars

Working Principle:

1.The concrete truck pours concrete mixture in front of the spreader; the paver moves forward at a certain speed; The working mechanism begins to work.

2.The screw spreader separates the piled concrete along the left and right directions and evenly distributes it in front of the scraping plate.

3.The temporary scraping plate, with the height hydraulically adjustable, scrapes the cement concrete to the required pre-paving thickness.

4.The frequency conversion plug-in vibrating rod vibrates at a certain frequency to expel air out that blends in the concrete during mixing and then to eliminate pores.

Two Options Of Loading for Sea Transportation:

No need to remove large size parts such as the crawler track; whole machine shipped in the flat rack container; when transported to the construction site, it can work after mounting a small number of accessories, as shown in the Pic above.

Disassemble the crawler track of the whole machine equipment into independent small parts and put into the container respectively. When delivered to the work site, there is a lot of assembly work before it can be put into construction.

Product After-Sales Service Commitment

The Manufacturer will guarantee the quality of the equipment for a period of 12 months after payment is made (except regular consumption, engine parts, and consumables). In the warranty period, the Seller shall fully guarantee the operation of the equipment. In the warranty period, if any quality failure or damage occurs during the operation of the equipment, the Seller shall deliver the same spare parts to the user by air at the Seller's expense.

After the concrete paver is sold, at the request of the end user, professional service engineers from domestic or overseas mobile service stations will be sent to the site free of charge for installation, commissioning and technical training for 15 days. Round-trip airfare to the job site and local transportation costs for professional service personnel will be borne by the user.
