Application Scenes
Slipformed pavement with even surface and good compactness.
Working Principle:
The concrete truck pours concrete mixture in front of the spreader; the paver moves forward at a certain speed; the working mechanism begins to work. The screw spreader separates the piled concrete along the left and right directions and evenly distributes it in front of the scraping plate. The temporary scraping plate, with the height hydraulically adjustable, scrapes the cement concrete to the required pre-paving thickness. The frequency conversion plug-in vibrating rod vibrates at a certain frequency to expel air out that blends in the concrete during mixing and then to eliminate pores.
The slipform paver can pave roads to ideal compaction, and form a slurry pool layer with a certain thickness on the surface. With the forwarding of the paver, the screeding and forming of the road is completed.
Two options of goods loading for sea transportation:
No need to remove large size parts such as the crawler track; whole machine shipped in the flat rack container; when transported to the construction site, it can work after mounting a small number of accessories, as shown in the Pic above.
Disassemble the crawler track of the whole machine equipment into independent small parts and put into the container respectively. When delivered to the work site, there is a lot of assembly work before it can be put into construction.

After-Sales Service Commitment
The Manufacturer will guarantee the quality of the equipment for a period of 12 months after payment is made (except regular consumption, engine parts, and consumables). In the warranty period, the Seller shall fully guarantee the operation of the equipment. In the warranty period, if any quality failure or damage occurs during the operation of the equipment, the Seller shall deliver the same spare parts to the user by air at the Seller's expense.
Once the concrete paver is sold, a professional service engineer from a domestic or overseas mobile service station will be dispatched to the site free of charge for installation, commissioning and technical training for a period of 15 days at the request of the end users. The round-trip air ticket to the work site and local transportation expenses of the professional service personnel will be borne by the user. Moreover, if additional technical services are required for the Buyer's project after commissioning and technical training is completed, the Seller will arrange for its service engineer to extend the stay or pay a visit to the site.
The company will continue to optimize the products and provide a service guarantee. Upon receipt of the Buyer's notice of demand for service, a reply in writing will be offered within 24 hours to put forward the corresponding treatment method, and parts will be sent to the User's site by air or express delivery in the shortest time, so that our overseas users can enjoy lifetime technical services and supply of spare parts.
