SF6000S/AHT7500S heavy duty slip form concrete paver is specially developed based on the advanced technology of US Pav-Saver sliding mode cement paver by our company to meet the needs for airport and heavy-duty cement pavement construction and improve the construction quality and speed of large thickness (the thickness of one-time paving is more than 50cm) cement concrete pavement.

Working Principle:

The concrete truck pours concrete mixture in front of the spreader; the paver moves forward at a certain speed; the working mechanism begins to work. The screw spreader separates the piled concrete along the left and right directions and evenly distributes it in front of the scraping plate. The temporary scraping plate, with the height hydraulically adjustable, scrapes the cement concrete to the required pre-paving thickness. The frequency conversion plug-in vibrating rod vibrates at a certain frequency to expel air out that blends in the concrete during mixing and then to eliminate pores.  

The slipform paver can pave roads to ideal compaction, and form a slurry pool layer with a certain thickness on the surface. With the forwarding of the paver, the screeding and forming of the road is completed.

Packing and Shipping

Two options of goods loading for sea transportation:

No need to remove large size parts such as the crawler track; whole machine shipped in the flat rack container; when transported to the construction site, it can work after mounting a small number of accessories, as shown in the Pic above.

Disassemble the crawler track of the whole machine equipment into independent small parts and put into the container respectively. When delivered to the work site, there is a lot of assembly work before it can be put into construction.
