1. Large output and high efficiency: continuous and stable work, the single-machine output of the continuous mixing plant is high.
2. Uniform mixing: the mixture entering the mixer is a homogeneous material, and the mixing process of the mixture in the mixer is a mixing and hydration process, so the mixing time can be shortened.
3. No slurry leakage and low wear: The feed end of the continuous mixer is for dry material mixing and both shaft ends are equipped with reverse spirals. Therefore, there is no problem of slurry leakage. The agitator does not have high requirements for wear-resistant materials.
4. Low failure: the start and stop times of all equipment of continuous mixing plant are only 1/7-1/3 of that of intermittent mixing plant, so the equipment has a long service life and low failure probability.
