Single-stage type The sand, stone, cement and other materials are lifted to the roof silo at a time, and various materials are weighed, batched, and mixed according to the technological process, until they are made into concrete mixing materials and shipped out. The mixing building is divided into silo layer, weighing layer, mixing layer and bottom layer from top to bottom. The single-stage process flow is reasonable and the productivity is high, but the factory requires a high cost, so the investment is relatively large. Generally, the mixing plant adopts this form.
The two-stage material storage bin and mixing equipment are roughly on the same level. The aggregates are lifted and sent to the storage bin, where they are cumulatively weighed and weighed separately, and then sent to the mixer with a lifting bucket or belt conveyor for mixing. Because the material needs to be upgraded twice, the productivity is low, but the height of the complete set of equipment can be reduced, the disassembly and assembly are convenient, and the investment can be reduced. Generally, mixing plants adopt this form.
